a lot of people on this Facebook group I am a member of have been raving about this module. You have to unplug the fuel pressure sensor ( don't know how major that is ? )
however this module is claimed to have to have increased power and performance and others even say they gain mpg.
I know a lot of these guys say they don't leave a trace on the computer but I just have a hard time believing them. These trucks are pretty sophisticated and I would think Ford could see if their stock parameters have been altered. I don't think it would be worth the risk of losing the warranty when/if I needed it.
A few of the guys who have it say they unplug theirs and go into the dealer for a few warranty work items and have had 0 issues of them finding anything at all.

I have looked at these very closely as I have "tuned" all of my trucks in the past. I am not going to delete or chip anything on this current truck for no other reason than I just want to keep the motor and powertrain stock. Some of the claims they make at Stealth Modules seem a little far-fetched in my limited experience. Even the guys at "other truck" sites are debunking it pretty heavily.
But...as with anything else...you won't know until you actually try it for yourself. YMMV!
