Possible it is a napco, rare, but not unheard of. That being the case, the NAPCO Owners Association may be able to help you with ID as well with parts.

A friend had an early 4wd Chevy 3/4t pickup that had one like that in the rear. Don't remember what it had in the front, but judging from the pics here, it might have been the same.
Interestingly it was the '67-'72 body style, which I thought by then had already been using Dana setups in the front. Maybe it was a very early one before GM had their own, or perhaps it was a conversion from a 2wd?
