Heavy duty radiator

I want to get a more heavy duty radiator for my 99 f150 to keep things as cool as possible while towing. What brand/model would anyone recommend that has good performance and is affordable? I see the mishomoto ones are very expensive but look very well made. Then there are quite a few other in the 200 dollar and under range that I feel would be sufficient over my current radiator. My current radiator has been replaced about 5 years ago, and its only about an inch thick and not sure about its performance since sometimes while towing my travel trailer which is about 4240 lbs dry, I occasionally have temperature issues. I have installed a B and M trans cooler to help with the transmission but Ive had temperature issues before and after I installed it. So I hope a heavy duty radiator will help out a lot over the basic replacement that firestone put in. Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Also if there is anything else you would recommend to do to the truck for towing please let me know.

Thanks

Well as you are probably aware that there are thicker and thinner radiators.
Mine was about1 ' thick too , replaced it with one that is about 1-1/4" and have had zero issues . I replaced mine with a Denso 221-9374 from RA. they have Brass fittings for the trans cooler lines rather then steel or alum that others showed. Yep, those mishomoto's are pricy but should be good stuff. Motorcraft makes a heavy duty radiator too #YL3Z8005GA but it is also Very pricy.

Some have wired up a little fan to move air across the trans cooler for those high demand situations. Only other thing that is a real benefit for towing is to re-gear the axle ( front and rear if you have 4x4) 4:10 ratio is pretty popular for those who tow often.

Cool thank you for your recommendation I will definitely look into that radiator. As for my truck it is not 4 wheel drive unfortunately, that has been the only gripe I've had about this truck, otherwise she has been an absolute gem.
