Hi all. I could use some advice. I bought replacement door gaskets from LMC and installed them. They seem to be too puffy and the door doesn't want to close. Tried ratcheting the doors shut for a couple weeks in the hopes they would compress, but no luck. Anyone have any tips on how to resolve this? Considering just getting a new set from Dennis Carpenter in the hopes they will be a better fit but worried of wasting money a second time.
I bought DC rubber for the yellow truck. It took a couple weeks to compress, but it's awesome.
I bought the less expensive stuff from Bronco Graveyard for the brown truck. It's been over six months, and still hasn't compressed down. They seal, but it's nearly impossible to close the doors.
