2015 expedition door lock problem?

2015 expedition door lock problem?
Hey all, Hoping someone might have a answer or suggestion. My driver door will lock with power or the remote. It will not unlock though. I read about being doing the tin foil fix, which I did and same result. I tested the motor on the bench and the motor spins both direction giving it power. Fuses are good. I am getting power from the connection but never a full 12 volts. I don't know if it is suppose to get 12v there. Relay???? anyone know where that is located??
