NO 4x4!!!!
Okay, 03 F-250 with the 7.3. Has the ESOF switch and 4x4 is not engaging. Before people start telling me to check trans case motor and vacuum and that mess hear me out. I HAVE NO RELAY CLICKING AND NO ELECTRICAL NOISES AT ALL. I have already replaced my switch so thats not an option. I'd like to start by checking relays then work my way down. Where are my 4x4 relays located on MY 03?? Also, Has anyone ever heard or experienced that their Trans Range Sensor causing this issue?

I am not saying you didn't check the electrical connections, but I just went through this 3 days ago and that way my problem. Also, there is some good information posted about 4x4 issues on the link below.

I Have checked the trans cases motor switch, Everything is connected and clean (on the inside of course). Also have checked all fuses, But no one can point me into the right direction of the actual Relays I should be looking for. I appreciate your help!
