I have a 02 f150 with the 5.4L vin "L". It is an automatic transmission and 4wheel drive. I bought it for 100 bucks and it sat for over 3 years. It would not crank or turn over at all. I put a starter on it. Cranks but no start. Replaced the fuel pump. Truck starts and runs. While still cold it runs ok. After it warms up the idle is still ok but sounds a little off. When I put it in gear the truck will hardly move. I replaced the fuel filter and MAF sensor. Still same issue. Tried the fuel pressure regulator. Still same issue. I am getting 35 psi fuel pressure at idle. When accelerator is pressed the pressure goes up to 40 psi. I checked the SES light and I have bank 1&2 lean codes. I removed all the old gas out of the tank and put in new gas before I even ran the engine. The truck is in great shape a side from the rocker panels. I appreciate any help I can get. Thanks.
I have driven the truck around in the yard. The brakes are not locked up. I inspected them before I attempted to drive it out on the road. As far as transmission goes. I'm not sure about that but I have felt it shift just in the yard and I didn't get any transmission codes.

Then if you want help you need to be accurate with the symptoms. In your last post you said you drove it around the yard but in your original post you said, "When I put it in gear the truck will hardly move". So which is it?
I guess I would be more interested in why it was parked so long to being with??
Trans going out?? engine maybe mot running correctly?? DO you have any back ground information? With modern vehicles it harder on them to sit extended periods then to drive them.
