Hi-Flow Cleveland correct thermostat...

Is no longer as rare as "Hen's Teeth"

The Track Boss thermostat has landed....
So tell me...Are we serious about providing Cleveland parts???
This is the "EXACT" thermostat as the Robert Shaw 333-180...because they are making it for us. We now own the rights to make the Robert Shaw 333-180 thermostat.
The Track Boss thermostat will be the only "High Flo" thermostat in the world available in 160, 180 & 195 temp range, and it is American made!!
***For use with the 351C/351M & 400 engines. The 351M/400 DO NOT require the by-pass plate.***
@@@If you live in Australia, Dayco & Tridon are your choices also...pretty sure they are only 180 temp@@@

Very cool info Tim! Thanks for the update!

I'll be making a purchase of one shortly... possibly a bunch of other goodies. May also need to chat with you on the phone regarding my engine build.

Question - What kind of thermostat should a person be running? I.E. What's the stock thermostat rated for?

I'll be ordering one of the TMeyer 195 Tstat tonight....hopefully it will solve an odd problem. I have the opposite of most people....my 78 F100XLT 400M seems to not fully "warmup", ever! Even on a 90 degree NC summer day!!! During winter the air from the heater does not seem as hot as it should be and warmup takes forever. The temp gauge needle stays barely above the C. And yes, last winter i replaced the thermostat with a motorcraft unit and a new temp sending unit! The motorcraft Tstat looked like ALL other typical Tstats. I'm hoping the TMeyer unit and it's "can" design will solve the issue. Any thoughts, suggestions, input???

Just put one of TMI's 180 degree thermostats in yesterday. Seems to hold the temp more steady than the old one. Plus it cured the getting warm if you sat idling for more than 2 or 3 minutes. Still wants to cook up toward 210 when you shut it off. I don't know what's up with that but as long as it doesn't try to boil I'm OK with it.

Studdaddy, you might think about your radiator fan. If it's a solid one, i.e. no clutch or thermo control it might actually pull too much air when it's not needed.
