Does anyone know how to adjust the rear doors on a Scab? I noticed that the driver side rear door is rubbing at the door sill, be it ever so slightly. It may be the fault of the body man from last fall, when I had a little repair done on the step. Scoping it out, it looks like the trim panel might need to come off to loosen the bolts and adjust when the door is closed, but not too sure.
This was on my '95 F250; I'd have to go out and see if the hinges on my '12 are the same.
Anyhow, the driver's door sagged on my '95 for the same reason the driver's seat wears faster; it's the most used. The pins and bushings wore thin over time and allowed the door to sag enough to start rubbing the door sill. I bought a replacement pin and bushing set, drilled/hammered the old pins out, tapped the new ones in, and voila. No more saggy door.
In my case, the hinge and pins feel tight. There is no movement when I grasp the door and try to move it. At any rate, I think I'm going to have to loosen the hinges and make an adjustment.
