I have a 2" level with a trac bar drop bracket and I feel like my bump steer is pretty bad. I haven't driven anything to compare it to other than my truck when it was stock and had no bump steer so I'm not sure how much worse it would be than anyone else's truck .

BDS 2" level, trac bar drop bracket, Dual Fox steering stabilizers (Kelderman Kit), Radius arm drop brackets and almost 7 degrees of Caster got me to very minimal bump steer. Each item was added separately over time and the caster was brought up over the course of many alignments.

Every vehicle i've owned has had a leveling kit and larger tires and never once bump steer or any steering issue. This truck has had 2 issues, from a lot of bump steer and the steering wheel super sloppy, like driving a truck with 400K on it. Steering tightened up with a combination of the dual steering stabilizers and the large amount of caster. The bump steer is slight at this point but i really just want it gone all together.

Do you have a aftermarket steering stabilizer, I had the same issue and same setup. I put my fox steering stabilizer and it eliminated about 95% of it. It’s def worth the $150 for sure.

Yes I do. I have a rough country dual stabilizer. I don't feel like it did anything to help the bumpsteer.

I’ve got a 3.5” Readylift with RA drop brackets, sway bar spacers, track bar relo bracket, and Fox 2.0s. Also have adaptive steering. Bump steer and steering wheel slop isn’t as bad as others have mentioned but enough to where I want to get rid of it.

Here’s my kit:

I made a simple bolt on bracket to provide full turn radius. If you are interested, I posted a pic and sketch of the bracket in another thread on this forum.
Anyone else have experience with the Fox Adjustable Through Shaft (ATS) stabilizer listed in the post above?

My stock 17 F450 with adaptive steering has no bump steer as far as I can tell. I've tried hitting bumps at various angles and speeds while letting go of the sterring wheel to see if it or the truck moves, and it doesn't budge. (My hands are right next to the wheel of course.) I've tried the expansion joints at bridges on I-70 as well as a big double diagonal rough joint on the highway... nothing.

I know this is an older thread, but did Pepito29 ever figure out his issue? I tried sending him a message directly, but couldn’t. I am having faults with my adaptive steer and several others, along with non functioning buttons on my steering wheel, no blinkers and also no wipers. I need to know if the part number or what he bought fixed his issue. I too just had my lift put on. Please help.

NEWs: Try getting rid of the drop bracket for the trac bar, go back to OEM, and try an adjustable trac bar from BDS. BDS is good for 0-3". Carli's is only good for 2.5+.

Noones mentioned a mild drop pitman arm yet. If you used a drop bracket for the trac bar..........

I did the carli trackbar that requires the OEM pitman arm and OEM track bar bracket put back in. It didn't help with bump steer.
