How do I identify my carburetor?

If original, the carb should be an Autolite 2100 2 barrel unit.
When new there was a small tag under one of the top cover screws with the ID information on it. It the tag is missing, check on the side of the driver side front mounting ear casting for stamped numbers. These numbers will (should) give the parts person the information they need to ID the carb and get you the pieces you need.
Hope this helps.

D4AZ-9A586-A (replaced C2AZ-9A586-B) .. 2100 series Auto-Lite/Motorcraft 2V Carburetor Kit (Motorcraft CT-499-D) / Available from Ford & auto parts stores.
1962/74 Ford/Merc Passenger Cars & F100/350; 1966/74 Bronco; 1969/74 Econoline.
Comes in the kit or available separately:
C4AZ-9B559-A .. Accelerator Pump Diaphragm (Motorcraft CM-463).
Behind the pump diaphragm is this little charmer. C4AZ-9576-A .. Plastic Accelerator Pump Check Valve (Motorcraft CM-825).
Has a tiny teat on it that fits into a hole in the carb body. It takes patience to fit this teat into the hole.
Be aware that when you remove the cover where these parts are located...there's a 'loaded' coil spring behind it.
People unaware remove the cover, the spring goes BOING .. zooms out of the carb and may never be seen again.
