Auto hub cleaning

I want to take these off clean and lube them before I work on the hubs and seals. one less thing to do when I dive into the axle. I have not been able to find a parts cleaner that is safe to use on plastic and rubber do you guys have any suggestions.

You can use the spray cleaner for electrical components. Walmart has it.
