Those stats won't tell you max towing, but you can use them to find out if it can tow a certain trailer.
Your max payload is a little low at ~2200lbs. When looking at trailers, you want to know the tongue weight. Subtract that from the 2200lbs, then subtract everything else you put in the truck...you, family, wood, coolers, bags, that piece of paper that has your registration on it, everything that you add to the truck. This + tongue weight should add up to less than 2200lbs.
Your max towing is probably 15k lbs, but you'll probably go over the 2200 payload before you hit the 15k lbs towing capacity.
Did you get the hd towing package with bigger axles?
As for 5th wheels, they are super heavy on the pin usually. You might be restricted to the smallest 5th wheels with only 2200lbs to work with.
Like Jim said, it depends on what you want to tow. You should be fine with anything that's bumper pull around 12k lbs. That's a lot of trailers right there.

His VIN come back a bit confusing. it says he has a 6.7 PS with a 3.73 Diff, I didn't think you could get a 3.73 with a PS. and the GVWR indicates that he has a 6.2 gas.
Either way he has to go by what DOT looks at the door sticker.
With the 6.7, I think the max tow numbers are meaningless; you'll max out payload WAY before hitting your tow limit. With a 2233# payload, you have only around 2000# available for tongue/pin weight - less if you have passengers. A 2000# pin, you'll exceed your GVWR/payload with a 13k# conventional trailer (15% tongue) or a 10k# fifth wheel (20% pin).
It can get silly with an F250. If you have 5 175# people and a 150# fifth wheel hitch, you'd have only 1233# of pin weight before you'd hit your GVWR. That would be approx a 6700# trailer. On paper, some F150 trucks can do more, but in reality (of course) they cannot.
There is much debate on the importance of the ratings - see many other threads on that.
Running your VIN, the truck is a Crew Cab Shortbed 6.7L 4x4 Lariat. The highest you are rated to tow would be 15,000 LBS. 5th Wheel/Gooseneck numbers for your configurations are actually in the 14,xxx's.
Ratings are up to you. Can the truck do weigh over what Ford states? Oh yeah. Question is are you wanting to exceed them. The 250s sure are limited!

I'm never worried if the truck can handle it, I'm worried about that douchebag lawyer in the mercedes that causes an accident then sues cause I was over the manufactures limit. It sounds stupid, but I work with a guy that will be paying a settlement for quite some time because of exactly that.
