Ford chat questions
For the last three weeks or so I have gone to Ford chat to inquire about my truck. I have no VIN yet (6 weeks) but they have told me it was in "processing". Last Monday it was in "processing", today they tell me they can't track my truck anymore just using the dealer and order codes! They told me to now contact dealer for status. Can someone in the same boat as me confirm what Ford told me?

The last time I reached out to Ford chat they told me not to use the order number and Dealer code on COTUS, only the VIN. The order number and dealer code still work so I continue to use it but that is what I was told.

Since my truck is a f350, from what I understand, it wont show up at all on COTUS. I'm just really hoping that the chat lady was lazy this time and didn't want to check on it. At least that's what I'm hoping, will check with them tomorrow.
