Getting ready to mount the camera and run cord on my 2015 keystone cougar 36' 5th wheel. I am debating mounting camera on the top edge of black trim piece or on the rear of piece? Also any suggestion on running cable underneath or on top? It came with barbed plastic cable ties for I believe mounting underneath. Any suggestions or pictures if you have done this would be appreciated
I just bought a 2019 and they threw in the camera, but the dealer said they didn't sell an extension and I can't seem to find one on the website... Anyone have any ideas? I have a 40' toy hauler.
I have this setup with MY17. I ran underneath and up to top of rear ladder. Used spiral wrap to pair cable with normal light/brake cable and up rear ladder. Had maybe 5’ extra to coil at top of ladder on my 39’ Montana. Had ordered an extra 10’ of cable but didn’t need and returned to Build Right. Camera worked great, but never gots TMPS to sink. Still have to mount on my new Montana. Good luck
