The 300 six has the small-block pattern so will bolt up fine. However, lots of other things won't: Engine Swaps - ???Gary's Garagemahal.

The trans you have will work. But to get the engine to bolt up to the frame you will have to go to the junkyard and get engine brackets or perches from the truck that had a 302 or 351w. Then there are lots of other little things that will become obvious when you go to hook them up.
