Headlights 2011 E350 cargo

So I had a headlight out. Stop by a buddy's shop for a bulb. We were dumbfounded when we saw that I had sealed beam head lights, you know the rectangle bulbs from the 1960s-1980s. I was like WTF did we go back in time? It's a 2011 never paid them any mind until today. Having work on and serviced dozens of Econolines over the last twenty years haven't seen these bulbs since the body change in 1992. What did I miss?

My 2000 has sealed beams. Unless you get the composite headlight option, you get sealed beams. You can get can some headlights with H4 bulbs to replace your sealed beams.

Mine had them and I converted them
Summit had them for under 40 bucks for the pair including bulbs.
