Cylinder head temp sensor

Hi guys this is Rob from south Mississippi. I had a code ran on my 2010 F150 Lariat 5.4l V8. The code shows cylinder temp sensor bad. My truck shows high temp indicator on LCD screen and check engine light comes on and fan runs high, all on start up. So you guys know where the sensor is located and can I change it myself?

The sensor is on the back of the passenger cylinder head.
