Cylinder head temp sensor issie

Hi...please tell me where the cylinder head temperature sensor is located on my 2000 Expedition and how to change it?-Patti

What motor? My 02 5.4 has it on the drivers side cylinder head, under the intake manifold.

In 2000 it's on the back of the passenger cylinder head. See the attached PDF for the R&R procedure. I've included both the 4 & 2 valve procedures in case someone else needs the other one.
