5.4 upgrades
Never had a 5.4, just gotva 99 expedition eb with 200k, powers decent, mpg isn't horrible (16 ) i found a set of ceramic headers (shortys) for cheap, wondering what they will do for me, id be doing full exuast ditching cats. Either 3" single or 2.5 dual

It will be interesting to report back as to what you actually improving on. Even if it is on your butt dyno. Maybe do a 0-60 test before and after?
With what your planning....noise will be increased for sure.

I havnt picked up the headers yet, not expecting anything drastic performance wise, maybe just enough to notice lol. I do want more noise, nothing extreme. But a good rumble under acceleration wouldbe nice

a good tuner will provide more increases than anything, especially after the exhaust work is taken into account.
