Not sure who else is going beside you, heavydoc, his wife, and myself.
We need to get Marty, Wesley, WP, Matt and John on board. And anyone else interested.

So the wife and I are going to try and take Friday off and drive up there. We will stay Friday and Saturday leave sometime Sunday. We will be taking my CC dually unless more than 2 people want to tag along, then we will take her Excursion. If something happens and she can not go I will leave Saturday early morning and sleep in my truck Saturday night, unless some others want to tag along. Looking forward to meeting all of you.

11 days and counting.
I'm still planning on being there gimp toe and bad eyes screw it.
I'm going to bring a few bags of charcoal. Enough food for myself and enough to share with a few. Some snacks. And a cooler full of ice. A few bag chairs and a shade canopy.
If the races start at one I expect we'll do dinner instead of lunch. I may not get there until after two.
Larry do yall play it by ear or have a set time for cooking?
Besides Josh, Doc and myself whose coming.
I got a bunch of grunts and hums and not sures and maybes at the the last dinner. Time to p00p or get off the pot.
This a lot of fun and we're supporting our very own chapter member Larry and his family. Plenty of seating. We get to hang out with the racers on their side. Check out the rigs. Smell the fumes. It's pretty awesome.
Start making plans to attend if you can and post up what you can bring for food, snacks and drinks.

Yea we won't fire up the grills tell dinner time probally.. no set time just when ever we get hungry.... and fit it between classes.

Right now I'm thinking Burgers\Dogs, Potato Salad (because Marty can supply an awesome tater salad), chips- and anything else people want to contribute. I've got the box still of left over supplies from the last few camp trips so we're good on cups\plates\plasticware\paper towel.
