Blowing fuse in reverse
Hi, I am new and have had my baby (2002 excursion diesel) forever. We just got a new camper. It seems that when put in reverse we keep blowing the #38. Any ideas would be amazing. Thank you. Chel

what happens if you don't have the camper hooked up and put it in reverse?
If the fuse stays operational then I'd suspect it is with the camper.
I take it the camper is used and you just bought it?
Sounds like a wiring problem with the camper so start at the 7 pin connection on the trailer. Gonna need to verify the wiring/check for shorts.

Is there a wire on the truck's connector in the center position? Is there any corresponding wire in the RV connector? The center pin is supposed to the reverse position. See this diagram: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/5...g-diagram.html
