Originally I was looking for something minimalist just so maintenance is low but I would like to hear what you recommend. Also what is a good truck setup?
Well, MINE, of course!

I'll PM you so we don't have everyone else here yawning...

Never had AC in one, but camping in Colorado in September or later in a pop-up was a very cold experience even with the LP heater running; they're like a tent in that you have to vent them or condensation builds up very badly since the sides aren't insulated. In rain they're fine IMO, ours never leaked. My trailer now is a hybrid with fold down bunk ends that look like a pop-ups, I like the way you can open the entire end up since being outside it kind of the point in camping. AC works fine when it's hot in the hybrid, just bring a fan to help move the air around some since the unit doesn't push it far enough out to the bunk ends sometimes.
