A fellow I know has a 79 supercab mounted on a reg cab frame. He has cut and flipped the rear floor of the cab to clear the frame.
I am hoping someone that has done this is around still. My question is can this be done without spacers of some sort (body lift) under all of the mounting points. He has a spacer of some sort on all the mounts other than the one at the rear portion of the cab.
I guess my question is what does he need to do to get this thing to sit right on the frame. Is the body lift his only option or is he missing something that will allow him to mount the cab and box without spacers?
