Yup...just putting the gaskets on the door pans and installing them tomorrow and have a little touch up to do in one door panel that got rubbed then install them. That damn coolant is still leaking from somewhere but can't seem to find from where. I'm afraid of over tightening the bolts and ending up back where I started..

I used RTV on both sides of the gasket...

Is yours vertical to the intake manifold..? I think it could be that some of the RTV gets scraped of a bit while trying to find the bolt holes. The one on the right side is no problem but the lower one on the left side is kind of guess work because of the forward tilt hood you are not face on..
