There was a storm sewer that drained in a creek that was big enough to ride our bikes in that went under the street that had a grate that was under the cars that stopped for a red light. We would be under the cars and poke sticks on the bottom of cars. Later on the same thing happened to us but we would go across the street where the drain came out in the creek. one of my friends had a siren under his hood that he would turn on a couple of times. We would be waiting in a parking lot where the drain came out. Those kids came shooting out thinking the cops were on them. Good for a great laugh. LOL
