Anybody know much about hydroboost issues??
This is the first I've heard about the hydroboost on my truck so I'm a little lost but my searching hasn't answered any of my questions so I'm going to you guys. Early 99 f250SD, the other day I was cruising 65 down the road when the cruise control just suddenly kicked off. The truck kinda jerked a little bit when it happened like somebody jabbed the brakes quick & it sort of startled me so when I touched the brakes to slow down the peddle was rather stiff. I wasn't far from home so just turned around & went back & the brakes felt stiff the whole way home. Hasn't happened since, the brake peddle feels fine now since then. Does this sound like an issue with the hydroboost maybe going out or was it just a fluke?
