blower stuck on full?

I have a lariat (auto climate control) and I just finished reassembling the engine and I noticed that the AC blower goes on full whenever you turn the key on.

According to the AC panel it seems to be off.

Where should I start looking? AC is very important here... its already regularly over 100 degrees here.

Year?
The 1997 F250 does not work for the info.
On the evaporator housing is the blower motor speed control. It may of been
bumped and damaged a wire or it also could be going out.

sorry, need to update my signature... 06

Which I just got the new engine started .... a bit of a long crank but every time I start it the cranking gets shorter (air I assume).

I figure it's the blower control module... I posted this last night before I went out (or did any research).

I ordered one form amazon... should be here Thursday.... no one in town had one in stock... except one of the local auto parts stores but they wanted $160 for it.

I would check with Ed to see if they repair that module.
If they do then you would have a backup or sell it on Ebay and get the $ back.
