AC Intermittent Issue

I have a 2009 Expedition LTD with Automatic A/C Controls. I recently had to replace the blend door actuator behind the radio.

Now there is an intermittent problem that occurs when the vehicle is started - the a/c blower motor will not blow at all. If you give the blower box a light tap the blower will then start operating as normal.

I have replaced the blower control module as well as the blower motor at this point.

Not for sure where to from here. Any ideas?

Guess I should have checked this first. Doh! It's the connector for blower control module.
