It's not really designed to be sanded....and since you sprayed it thin you will likely sand through. I'd scuff it real good and go.
If you recoat the same day, wait an hour or 2 to let it fully flash off and set up a bit
What solvent did you thin it with?
As it wasn't really intended as a sealer it may not have the info but you should check to see if there is a wet on wet time which is the recommended time that you can topcoat without sanding .
In retrospect, I could have painted soon after the last coat as it came out really smooth. But I scuffed and shot with paint. Once small spot where the front emblem was welded could have used a touch more glaze, but otherwise came out pretty good. With any luck, will be back on tomorrow if the weather cooperates.
