What trim level truck did you purchase? Doesn't come with the ultimate trailer tow camera package on a XLT.

My window sticker also show "Ultimate Trailer Tow Camera" $710 but I didn't receive any camera at all, I thought this was only the 360 view and the trailer camera was separate

The camera for the trailer would come separate and should have the VIN number of the vehicle or order number, or some other identification on the sticker that ties it to your vehicle. Dealer may have one or two "back there", but may not be for your vehicle.

If it wasn't ordered separate you better check and make sure the 12 pin connector harness is on the truck!

Ok I need some clarification here please, so if you order your truck with a Ultimate towing trailer camera that includes the camera for the trailer and tpms? Or you have to order it separate? If so I need to go make a scene in my dealership because it's been 5 months and I don't have it

I ordered the Trailer Camera/TPMS package with my F250 (which also included the Ultimate Tow Package). I intended to to install it on my new 5th Wheel trailer, but have decided to go with a wireless camera instead. The MSRP for the Trailer Camera/TPMS was $725 on the window sticker. Dealer can't take it back because it is part of the VIN. I'm willing to sell it for $495 plus shipping.

The Tow Technology Bundle ($1,935 MSRP) includes Adaptive Steering, Lane Keeping Alert, and Ultimate Trailer Tow Camera. This includes 6 cameras: front bumper, both side view mirrors, tailgate, back of cab above window, and in front of rear view mirror (for Lane Keeping). There is a 7th camera that can be ordered separately for customer installation on the rear of a trailer. This 7th camera is the Trailer Camera/TPMS package ($725 MSRP), and is a hardwired camera and includes a TPMS system, both of which will be integrated into the dash displays. I believe there is also wireless camera (without TPMS that be ordered- I don't know what it consists of.
Be advised that most of this tow technology is intended for conventional trailers (Travel Trailers) and don't work, or aren't fully functional with 5th Wheel trailers. For example, the Blind Spot Warning system and Reverse Guidance Backup System don't work with 5th Wheels.
