Buying a Unicorn!

So it's time for a new truck! I've had my current truck (look at sig) for a year now and have put on 50,000 km. It's been great! I have had a couple of problems with the specs though. It's a 5.5ft bed 5.0 with 3.31 gears. Great on the hwy but likes to hunt while towing. Also the 5.5 bed is great in town but when I need to put Motor cycles in there its too short and doesn't hold a lot of stuff. So I'm trading it in. Specs on the new truck will be in link below and I'm gonna try to Pull one off the lot but it will be hard.
Will be getting katskin leather.

Nice spec. For what it's worth I have the BLIS and I wouldn't pay for it again. I would much rather have the blind spot mirror than a little orange light.

Consider the 36 gallon (136l) fuel tank as well. It's nice not to have to fill up as often and to take advantage of lower priced fuel.

Other than that, looks good. I planned on putting leather in my Sport, but the cloth still looks good after a year and a half and 20k miles.

Only $46,449.. that's a bargain for us Americans!

That's U.S. $34,673.. and then you can still negotiate.

I have 302A, 136L tank, but no twin panel moonroof, navigation. I did pay $39,500, down from $48,500.. USD, not CAD.

I'm with JKBrad; get the bigger gas tank. Overall looks like a nice build.

Another vote for the big tank. Had it on my '04, have it on my '07, and it's coming on the 2017 I have on order.

x10!!!! My #1 gripe with my current F150.... 26 gallon tank.

If I shop online and pull up a window sticker to review, as soon as I see 23 gallon tank I hit the "X" and close. It's one of the first things I check.

The F150 I have was exactly what I wanted / needed at the time except I did not consider the fuel tank. I rarely bust 300 miles on a tank.

I've owned 2 F250 SCABs, a 2500 Suburban, and 2 F150s all with 34-40 gallon fuel capacity. Not to mention family Camary's, Jeep Cherokee, Avalon', etc. Current F150 has worst range of all. I've accepted it and felt with it for 10 years now. Never again!!

I have the small tank and get 440+ miles each fillup.

There have been a couple moments I'll admit to wanting the larger tank, but overall couldn't care less.

I know it might be hard but if you can wait until close to the end of the year or until the 2018`s are on the lot, there`s a good chance you`ll find an even better price and maybe a higher trim level with the same features/options you listed.

Huh... For me it said I selected the bigger tank. Any ways since I'm pulling from dealers in canada i may or may not get it. Not a deal breaker and since i plan on keeping this truck wayyyyyy past the point i need a new tank I will end up replacing it at one point due to the salt here haha

I have the small tank as well and I was getting over 500 miles a tank on our trip to MI and back last year. To only get 300 you must have a heavy foot....

This is good to know as I was thinking of adding it to the next build. It was between that and the tow mirrors. Kind of ironic that Ford says the BLIS covers the trailer, but you can't get it with the tow mirrors..... I'll get the tow mirrors even though I don't tow much.

I ordered the tow mirrors and my sticker says "BLIS" (don't have the truck yet).

When I configure one w/BLIS then add towing mirrors, it removes the BLIS

OP,

How did you save your build like you did? Whenever I configure on, it doesn't update the price.
