Any found a plug that will screw in the back of the EZ Oil Pan Plug.
I just put one on and I'm not liking how the ball in the valve is so exposed to the road elements. I can't get the drain hose adapter locally and will have to order one but in the mean time I thought I would try a synthetic plug if I can find one.

Stop at your local hardware and buy a 3/8 size rubber cap For nearly nothing and that should handle your problem. I actually just did that. I'm sorry I cant remember what it cost but it was next to nothing.
Karl, yes exactly.
I add the ex drain for the sole purpose of not splashing the oil all over the garage floor when changing the oil and to get an oil sample down the road. it doesn't bother me to crawl under and pull a plug. I just want to keep as much of the road dirt and mud out of it as possible. I know over time dirt can scar the ball valve and seat witch will cause the valve to leak.
Cascade, thanks for the idea. I never thought about a rubber cap.

I got one of these from EZ($1), it screws right into valve opening after oil change and caps it off nicely. Not so sure its needed, but **** me likes it..lol.
Also got a straight hose barb fitting, and a clip to hold valve closed just in case... Small plug cap PC-001 | EZ Oil Drain Valve
