No it's just a holster from Bass Pro. Think it was around $25. Has extra magazine pouch and strong metal clip.

Yup
Used self tapper in bottom two, thru bolt in top one that is in the pocket
You bascially cant see the holes with the holster out and plastic flattened . Mount is solid

did you go with the Texas Custom Holster? Also why is your mag laying in the floorboard?

Yes i did
They got it to me in about a week
It would have mounted very nicely under steering wheel as well

Mag on floor because i had just finished install , alot of mocking up to get it where i wanted
