Ok... So my 2008 5.4 3 valve had a lifter (lash adjuster) to collapse and cause the rocker arm (roller/follower) to become unseated and caused horrible noise under the valve cover, howbeit no catastrophic damage. At 165,000 miles, I want to change out all of my rockers, lifters and timing components. I don't want to pay an arm and a leg, but I also don't want to be climbing back into this engine anytime soon. Any suggestions as to the brands I should go with?
