Bit of help needed.

I have found a cab for my 66 and am planning on going to pick it up myself. I have a question though. Does anybody have the measurements (dimensions) for the cab. I have a 5x7 trailer and am trying to see if it would fit.
Thanks in advance.

Only cab I have here is a crewcab, so no help on measurements, other than I dio have a complete cowl/dash I cut out of a parts truck, and the cowl is approx 78" wide (sorry, not a exact measuremment, as the the way I have it crammed into the shed, I can't get a tape hooked on the far end of cowl)
But provided your deck is flat (ie: tires UNDER deck), you should be OK loading it sideways.
Worst case scenario, if your fenders are above deck, you may need some pallets to elevate the cab above the fenders.....

I just went out and took a rough measurement (by myself) of my '66 Cab. 74 inches (6 feet 2 inches) wide by 54 inches (4 feet 6 inches) deep. So if you have 5 feet by 7 feet worth of real estate to park it on you should be all right.
