Mod headers

Are there ANY high quality shorty headers out there.??
I have been running JBA catforward headers for a while and now they have cracked. Not my first day in class nor my first experience with JBA. In the 90's they really made some good stuff for mustang/capri autocross and roadrace fun. Since acquired by PERTRONIX I'm less satisfied in their quality.
I'm looking to get a set for my 2003 reg cab F-250 5.4SD that is my baby..
I've been running headers into the stock Y-pipe modified with the SPD performance collector into the original cat and out the passenger side in front of the rear tire.
No muffler or tailpipe.
Sounds and runs way WAY better without being too loud.
I'm really pissed that these headers cracked.
Recommendations..???

I have had Gibson stainless steel Shorty headers on my 2003 F250 super duty 5.4 zf/6 speed manual transmission since 2004. Have not had a single problem with them. I did use the stock metal header gaskets.

the problem isn’t the headers, it’s the SPD y pipe. That neck-down area it replaces is an ad-hoc flex joint added by ford to allow the y pipe to flex with heat and vibration. It can do that anymore, so it flexes the next weakest thing; your headers. Add a 4” piece of real flex pipe on the straight part of the driver side down pipe just beyond the o2 sensor. You can probably get the header welded shut and reuse it, too, but that’s your call.
