Spark plug issue
I have a 98 ford expedition eddie bauer edition 4 wheel drive 5.4L my spark plug blew out into the motor it makes a loud knocking sound has anyone else had the same issue and if so how did you fix it

I also strongly recommend the TimeSert repair kit. I got mine in like new condition for half price on ebay with only one of the 5 included inserts missing. If you follow the directions it is pretty easy. I wouldn't do it without compressed air and a boroscope.
You get what you pay for on this repair.
You don't want to cheap out and have to redo it.
Also, don't drive it anymore until you
A) unplug the injector for that cylinder what has the blowed out plug
&
B) torque all of the other plugs tighter than the OE spec.
