Once you get the Wheel off, then the caliper and then caliper bracket they come off. Now the fronts came right off. The rears needed a little persuasion to come off. Had to loosen the rust inside ... But a few taps with a hammer it finally loosened enough to pop off.

the bolts on the caliper bracket are torqued on with blue lock tight so a large breaker bar with persuasion extension was needed to get them to give.

Thanks, sounds easy enough. The Ford engineers were thinking of serviceability when they built the Super Duties.

What type of pads comes OEM on the Superduty? My Titan came with ceramic pads from the factory and the brakes were horrible. I replaced the OEM rotors/pads with Bosch rotors and Bosch non-ceramic pads and the braking was much better. I tried ceramic on my wife's minivan and the braking performance was significantly degraded.

Consequently, I would be very reluctant to try ceramic pads again unless Ford put ceramic pads on at the factory.
