Injectors swap.

Got all 8 injectors removed in less than 3 hours.

Rebuilding all 8 I had a contribution code on number 5 and 8. I had to take both valve covers off so might as well rebuild all 8 while I'm in there.

I would replace 5 and 8 with OEM remanufactured injectors.

Lots of information on rebuilding/cleaning these injectors. But in the end most people resign to the fact that fresh rebuilds from Ford are the best choice.

Being a tinkerer I would be tempted to try it but some things like this is just not in my scope. I'm sure others have done it and it's worked for them.

Would have to agree. Read dozens of threads where guys cleaned them up, truck ran perfect, fast forward 100 pages on the thread and in the end he put oems in
