It's in the coolant housing so I assume it's coolant temp. If looked online and none on the pigtails that show up look like this 2 wire one with flat spade like terminals. Anyone know what this is and where to get a pigtail or ideas on repair?
Dealer just called me back from when I called him this morning as he acted like he didn't know anything. He said he finally found it under engine oil temp sensor pigtails. Feel free to delete thread if it's in the way. I appreciate all your help with my truck thus far.

You're right and the dealer is right, kinda. The sensor IS a coolant temp sensor. This sensor & plug is the same as the oil temp sensor, so they are interchangeable.
