Difference between 1982 and 1979 bronco frame. Any?

So I need a new frame for my 82 bronco and I've found a cheap 79 going for parts near me that's got a good frame on it, and I'm wondering if this would be a straightforward body swap or will I run into some problems, anyone done this before? Thanks

I should mention too that it's already got a 1979 five bolt solid front axle swapped in it which is what I think the 78 and 79 broncos came stock with? And it's a 300 6 with a four speed drive train

I highly doubt it will work. 80 was the transition year, so I am sure it all changed.

I've found a 1992 bronco being parted out with a good frame, are the 90s frames identical to the early 80s frames? Or close?

The body of the Bronco only changed cosmetically between 1980 and 1996. There may have been some subtle design differences, but nothing major.
