How are you bleeding your brakes ??
Are you pumping the pedal , then hold it down while someone cracks the bleeder open .
Do not release the pedal while the bleeder is open .
Also if you put a length of clear hose on the bleeder and run it into a container with brake fluid covering the end of the hose it will prevent air entering the system .
Are your rear brakes working ?
If not you should always start bleeding brakes from the bleeder that is the longest distance from the master cyl , then work your way around .
To check if the hoses or lines are smashed, You can loosen them and pump air trough. If the air flows trough, the line should be OK. If not - check for crushed or flattend spots. Did You bench-bleed the master cylinder? What abou the line from the remote reservoir to the master cylinder? Have You checked this for a flow?
hi guys n gals hey i put new calipers and pads on my 56 today and just pinched off the hoses and changed the calipers , complete now no brakes there after installation tried bleeding too , nothing did i smash the hoses ?
Pull the hoses loose from the line and see if fluid comes to this point. My SWAG is you did "smash" the hose.
