Looking to pull the trigger on a set nitto terra grapplers and I'd like to go the largest that I can without a leveling kit(at least for now.) 20R
If I order these 305/55/20s for my completely stock 2014 STX 4x4 do you think I'll having any rubbing issues? Please help with my excessive anxiety about this decision. Thanks so much!
I think you should be fine stock with that tire size. I'm running a 32.8" tire and have no rubbing issues on stock 4x4 suspension.
I have Nitto Terra Grapplers and I can't recommend them to anyone. Traction is lacking in just about every type of terrain, the worst is in the rain. If you deal with any ice/snow forget it. I can't stand mine but with the cost involved i'll have to live with them for awhile.
Thank you AlaskanEx! I think I'm leaning more towards the Ridge Grapplers now after hearing exactly what you've said from many truck owners about Terra Grapplers.
I really wish I would have went with my only other option which was the Hankook DynaPro. Since I have 22" wheels finding an all terrain in the size I wanted was hard and expensive.
I'd take the Hankook DynaPro ATM's over the Terra Grapplers any day. If I was going for a premier tire, I'd take the BFG T/A KO2's or the Goodyear Wrangler Duractracs. I've got some cheap M/T's distributed by American Tire that were 800 bucks for 33x12.50x20 new. They're loud, but they were cheap, look great, and get the job done. I can't really recommend them besides the fact they are half the cost of a set of BFG's or Duratracs. lol

I've made the decision to go with 295/55/20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Getting a 2 inch leveling kit put on tomorrow and getting the tires and alignment down Wednesday! Wish me luck. Thanks for the help guys.
i have 35 1250 cooper stt's on mine. ive rotated the tires once and have put about 20k miles on them and the wear pattern is remarkably..near perfect. dont have any wobble effect over time either. im also on 6" of lift and use this as a daily driver
