Good afternoon all. Been busy moving, cleaning, pitching in the garbage.

Good news though. We already heard back from the buyer on the inspection. All they want to have fixed is a couple leaky shutoff valves under the bathroom sinks. If I had known they were leaking they would already have been fixed. Score! All we need now is a good appraisal and we will be home free. And we don't anticipate any issues there. We asked a fair price so we should fall in right where we need to be.
