Good idea. Some of those houses are dang nice and well built now days. Had some friends that got one of those many years ago. Very nice house and well built.
It's the way to go now, seriously. They aren't a mobile home. They have all the customization you could want, are cheaper than a contractor built house. Built in factories, assembled on site. You cannot tell the difference. You'll be in it in half the time of conventional building.
Maybe you guys should have pushed this info sooner. LOL
Kinda too far down this road now. We are looking to break ground a week after closing on this place. We should be ok. At least one or two more meetings tomorrow then we decide.
