I am looking at an '07 E350 250k on the clock, EGR cooler and Turbo replaced at 168K STC replaced, new HPOP and IPR at 208k, according to owner difficult cold start recently and then not start. Cranking no HPOP pressure, P2623 code stored(IPR open circuit) I am tempted to buy this van but am looking for reassurance that the zero HPOP pressure is a result of the IPR problem. I appreciate any input.
