I am really curious thou, where do you guys think the oil could be entering the water since the water inlet and outlet stick outside the housing. Isn't that the only place?? It must be getting past those two Orings??

Remove the cheap one and tear it down/apart (some people have cut/sawed one in half to inspect). It is interesting to see how they are constructed and where the weak points are. The leak is probably between plates as DarkStarMedia said.
Saw you flushed with mineral spirits. What you may be seeing is some of the residue left over from the flush. Just keep a close eye on it.

Yep, mineral spirits did the trick. I did flush a long time and made sure it was all out before I put good water and Rotella ELC coolant in it. It has been oil free since last September.
