It helps to make sure the protocol is set to J1850 PWM. Make sure your cigarette lighter fuse is not blown. There is one other fuse that can prevent the OBDII port from working, but I can't recall where that thread was - nor can I recall if that blown fuse to the OBDII port prevented the truck from starting.

Thanks Tug. Problem was loose connection at Proline connector. 1211 code. Was not into it that hard with PHP 65 tow. I did not notice power loss. Will look at ICP connectfor for oil. Other suggestions?
