over 20 can mean leaking orings on injectors. They are easy to replace but take a lil time. Check fuel filter for dark color and post a pic if need be.
Please remember...I bought this about a month ago.....I change the oil, oil filter and fuel filter about 1k miles ago. When I pulled the fuel filter it was black and the fuel filter bowl was black. I got some jet fuel and cleaned the fuel bowl and heating element with a acid brush and flushed it out. I got about 1k miles on this fuel filter, I'll pull it and post a picture.
Here is a curve ball for ya, I think I might need to drop my tranny and see what is going on, Ill explain best i can: So I notice I can make this "intermittent stutter" go away my pressing my clutch in...yes...seriously....it'll start stuttering and I press my clutch in and in 2 seconds it go away, sometimes i need to press it twice. AND I'm starting to notice and it slightly getting more noticeable is when my clutch is engaged (foot off clutch) and in nuteral I hear and feel a "rumbling" sound and can feel it thew the clutch....I press the clutch in a inch or 2 and it goes away.....so what the hell is that? lol... Is this even possible?
Reason I noticed it I was driving in town a lot yesterday and I useully take my other car into town....it start stuttering and I pushed in the clutch and I noticed it went away....crazy right?
Also, reading the digital RPM on my phone.....I press the clutch in, rpm rise about 50+

Sounds like you still have the original dual mass flywheel in the truck, and it is on its last legs. If so, replace it ASAP, as if it gets to bad, it will crack the bell on the tranny, which means a different tranny.

Yikes....Thanks for your input.
Is there problems with the original flywheel? Something I need to be aware of here?

What else could it be? Throw-out bearing?
Dual mass fly wheel has like 100 Parts to it. They wear out. Getting a new clutch kit isn't that expensive but you need a good tranny jack.
Black fuel filter means oring going. Less than 100 to fix. Riff raff sells them cheap for Alliant ones.
Here is EBPV wired open. I just did this and it made a difference for me. Truck is also quieter sounding with a lot less whistle noise in exhaust. Has more get up and go too but need to take in highway tomorrow to know more about EGTs

So is the dual mass flywheel part of the clutch kit or can I just replace the dual flywheel? I found a flywheel on O'Reilly website for like $190. But it doesn't mention it's a dual-mass flywheel looks like it's just a fly wheel.
That is probably just the single mass flywheel. The original dual mass clutch had no dampner springs in the clutch plate, instead they were part of the 2 part flywheel assembly, thus the dual mass. Look for the conversion kit, it will have the single mass flywheel, clutch plate, pressure plate, and both the piolet and throw out bearings. this one is from NAPA that I have used with good luck. https://www.napaonline.com/en/p/NCF1107226
The ZF5 calls for 3.8 qts. of synthetic Mercon/Dextron auto tranny fluid. Many have added an extra quart threw the shifter tower to help quiet the "gear roll over" that some get when installing the single mass conversion.

Thank you!
Where can I find the torque specs for the clutch change?
I get the idea of how to change it.....but I've never done a "conversion". Is there anything I need to look out for any helpful pointers? Special tools? Will be doing this over the weekend so I'm trying to prepare myself. Thanks.
Clutch kit should come with a alignment device and everything you need cept maybe some pressure plate bolts that I heard were missing in some kits.
Take your time, don't rush it and don't be under any of the heavy parts you remove.
Get a tranny jack and use sand bag on it to help position tranny for install.
